I highly recommend Sanya Spa after the outstanding experience I had today, indeed I am immediately rebooking further treatments. I tried a delux mani/pedi combination and very much felt I had visited a day spa as opposed to a beautician (the design is both elegant and classy). The owner’s ethos is to bring a touch of glamour to New Malden but at accessible prices and this is certainly achieved. There are some incredible summer introductory offers at the moment which I suggest you take advantage of, in particular a gold facial that promises to give you a youthful glow.

All of the staff was warm, professional and welcoming. Shabnam did my upper lip and chin wax and brow threading and listened to my wants regarding the shape and fullness of my brows. The waxing was painless, and so done well. Janie did my ombre acrylics and they turned out amazing! She made to redo any ombre gel that looked see through on all nails before doing the topcoat, so my purple pink ombre nails would look ombre rather than stark two tone. She did beautiful hibiscus art on my nails. Shabnam and PK also recommended areas in London for me to visit during my pedicure.

As usual I had a wonderful time at Sanya Spa. This time I had a luxury manicure and pedicure. Ellie was lovely and very patient with me, even when she had to re-do one of my nails very close to the closing time

Fantastic experience. I was 10 mins late but I'd phoned in advance to tell them and they were very understanding. They didn't give me any grief or make me feel bad when I arrived. My massage and facial were excellent. I was so relaxed I nearly fell asleep! I also had a classic pedicure. I was offered a drink and the lovely lady took her time to do a good job. They then waited patiently for my nails to dry without trying to rush me out. They closed at 6pm but I didn't leave until 6:25pm. All in all a really wonderful experience and I highly recommend this spa. I look forward to returning!

I had the most incredible experience at the spa, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Shabnam for the amazing luxury pedicure! From the moment I sat down, she made me feel completely at ease with her warm personality and attention to detail. She took her time, ensured every step was perfect, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. My feet feel unbelievably soft, and my nails look flawless—truly the best pedicure I’ve ever had! Beyond Shabnam’s expertise, the entire spa experience was top-tier. The atmosphere was so serene and beautifully maintained. Customer service was immaculate!!

I had the best time at Sanya Spa, gorgeous interiors, lovely, friendly staff who warmly welcomed me in, wonderful treatments- I had the 24 carat gold truffle oil facial which was fantastic-relaxing, luxurious and my skin looks and feels amazing! I had a gel pedicure and biab manicure , both of which were fantastic. Shabnam and Janey took amazing care of me and all treatments were flawless, one week on and my nails are immaculate and my skin is still radiant and glowy. The price point is excellent too, really great value for the quality of services. 10/10

I went for a luxury pedicure and my experience was fantastic and flawless. I would fully recommend Sanya Spa. From the time I entered, I was looked after and it was indeed a luxurious experience. Shabanam took care of me and was very professional and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I was also offered a nice cup of tea with a wide range of choices. I had a great experience and will definitely be visiting them again!
