We had a lovely experience at Adara today.Having done a spa pedicure which was relaxing and professionally done.Ramona was amazing very skilled and made me feel relaxed.

I had an incredible deep tissue massage at Adara. The space was beautifully designed, clean, and peaceful—perfect for relaxing. The therapist was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, taking the time to understand my specific needs and areas of tension. What really stood out was how attentive and thoughtful the staff were, making sure I felt comfortable from start to finish. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing a top-notch massage or just a luxurious self-care treat…I’ve heard AMAZING things about their facials too!

I was overdue a special treatment for my naturally curly, bleached highlighted hair. After chatting with the staff, we decided on a hair botox. After leaving Adara with the instructions to not wash my hair for a few days, i left with hair poker straight. On day 3, 1 washed my hair and suprised with delight how manageable and soft my hair was. I'm really glad I had it down and in the safe hands of Adara.

Had a lovely pedicure with foot massage and a relaxing back and shoulder massage. My feet are super soft and the massage was SO relaxing. The Rooting Seed is my favourite place for treatments. Would definitely recommend to everyone!
