I’ve been going to Shaf for my nails for a while now and, to be honest, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. She just gets what I like. Sometimes I don’t even have to explain it properly and she somehow knows exactly what I’m picturing. There’s a real kindness to the way she works too, nothing rushed, no pressure. She always takes her time with my nails and keeps checking in to make sure I’m happy as she goes, which I really appreciate. More than anything, Shaf makes me feel completely at ease. It’s a calm, caring space and that matters more than people realise. I always leave feeling looked after.

Absolutely thrilled with my experience with Katie today. The pedicure was a blissful treat—my feet feel like they're walking on clouds. The wax was expertly done, minimal discomfort, and the results are flawless. Professional, hygienic, and top-notch service all around. Highly recommend!.

Katie is the absolute best at what she does. She’s created a beautiful, calm space in her studio, and has an incredible attention to detail with her treatments, which makes them feel super relaxing and luxurious. I wouldn’t go anywhere else - couldn’t recommend more!

Katie is absolutely lovely and instantly makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. The waxing was quick and as painless as possible, and the results are perfect! The massage afterwards was the cherry on top. Honestly, the best I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be coming back regularly. If you’re looking for a place in Bristol for a wax and massage, Cocoon is the one!

Friendly team and great service. Went in for a spa pedicure and would definitely go back again. There was a very inquisitive (and cute) dog in the salon, just an FYI in case you aren't a dog fan.

I had a wonderful experience with Katie today. I enjoyed a 1 hour massage and it was so relaxing and peaceful. Lovely music and smells all around. Katie manages to create a really warm and inviting space to relax. Id happily go back and would love to try out some of the facials on offer.

Very relaxing, great pedicure and mini foot massage with good choice of nail polish colours. Katie is excellent and I would recommend her highly.

Moth is such a safespace artist, I always feel welcomed with their humour and absolute loveliness. As a neurodiverse person, I felt incredibly comfortable, I recommend very very highly (my nails got and continue to get SO many compliments!)

I chose a pedicure as a treat for me, and what a lovely experience it was. Well worth it.
