It was my first time at Gatsby Studio in Hillcrest Mall, Richmond Hill, and I had a wonderful experience. Sara did a great job cutting my hair. I went in on Sunday evening for a cut and style because I had a breakfast event on Monday — and the curls actually lasted! Very happy with the service.

I’ve been going to Cathy for my highlights for about eight years now, and I couldn’t be happier. She is incredibly kind, patient, and always makes me feel comfortable. She takes the time to listen and really cares about getting the result just right. The highlights she does for me always turn out beautiful and natural. I had an excellent experience with Irena. She was incredibly attentive and professional throughout the entire appointment. She used small, controlled strips, for the Brazilian which made the process much more comfortable and significantly minimized discomfort. Her technique was clearly thoughtful and skilled, and the quality of her work was outstanding. Irena’s experience in her profession really shows. She is knowledgeable, precise, and clearly prioritizes client comfort and results. Her attention to customer service was evident from start to finish. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
