I booked the auntie & me pedicure, customer service was good however just a few points to mention. There was no rose petal foot soak, just plain luke warm water and no moisturiser after. Also we had the treatment done separately & not at the same time. That said my niece loved it & wants to go again for a manicure next time.

My daughter and I went to gi gi vi beauty as an early birthday present for my daughter, what an experience it was! We had the best time and was treated like royalty specially my daughter who was treated like a queen! Everyone went above and beyond for us, we had a pedicure which was amazing and a facial at the same time next to each other, as a mum it was such an emotional moment watching my daughter experience her first facial, we really did have such an amazing time. Highly recommend gigivi beauty to anyone. Thank you all so much ❤️

I had a pedicure and facial with Kesh and both were fantastic. Kesh worked miracles with my feet and toes and my facial was amazing. My skin feels lovely and I feel incredibly relaxed! Thank you Kesh ❤️ I'll definitely be back very soon.

Amazing experience as always. I really love visiting gigi vi beauty. Not only do you feel like a vip you are treated like one, from the minute you arrive to the minute you leave. Any treatment you are gunna have is always going to be amazing. I've been coming to gigs vi beauty a while now and I will carry on going as not only the owner is genuinely nice person everyone else is. I absolutely love coming to gigs vi beauty, from the moment you walk into the door, everyone is so happy, cheerful and welcoming. I was led to the beauty room, Sophie offered to take my stuff for me, made sure I was okay and explained everything I needed to do. I set myself up, Sophie came back in made sure I was comfortable, adjusted myself until I said I was comfortable then we started the Japanese head spa alongside the asmr! What an experience that was. Wow just wow, my daughter had the best birthday party all thank you to Sophie making sure she was happy and centre of attention being the birthday girl. All girls where pampered to the max and spoilt the environment was so clean and lovely ladies providing the services honestly could not reccomend more for a little ladies or dudes birthday! My son just had a fantastic bespoke teen facial with Kresh, and he couldn't stop talking about it when he got home! He absolutely loved the treatment and is already excited to go back. He said his skin feels so clear and smooth now. Since he's still young and figuring out his skin, Kresh shared some really helpful tips on how to keep it healthy and manage teen acne.
