Linda was very friendly and enthusiastic... However getting to the salon was an issue. I battled for 20 minutes to find a way to the salon. The fact that all the roads are closed off from Sandton drive is really a nightmare. I would love to know how one would give directions to a client. The salon is lovely and chill... but getting there almost ruined my experience...I actually considered turning around and leaving😒 Linda was great... offered to rebook.. asked if I needed any products and overall very pleasant. Another visit to Naked Cherry, another reason I’m walking out smoother than a jazz solo and twice as bold. The fabulous Vanessa was my wax wizard once again – professional, lightning-fast, and armed with a killer sense of humour that had me giggling through the ahem less giggle-friendly moments. She somehow manages to make waxing feel like a catch-up with an old friend – if that friend also happened to be a precision-focused ninja with wax. Honestly, 10/10 service, always amazing. Portia is amazing. I throughly enjoyed my treatment, I got a pedicure with a French gel overlay and my feet are looking super cute and are feeling soft. I appreciate her gentle touch and how knowledgeable and amazing she is at her work. It’s refreshing to find a service provider who’s passionate about what she does and Portia is a breath of fresh air. The complimentary tea and cookies were the sugar on top. Really good service.
