A really excellent sports deep tissue massage. After seeing a physio for a while, I realised I needed to have a longer session on my shoulder but also work all the surrounding and connected areas. It was a tough session but my whole back has relaxed and my shoulder is feeling better than at any other time over the last 4 years! I've booked my next session already.

The place was warm and the owner Alissa was nice and very welcoming. Started off with a warm foot spa. Relaxed me instantly then to the room where I was treated very nicely. The massage was beautiful, some pressure on my shoulder back and relaxing on the body. Will go back again for sure. Natalie

Paloma massaged a new soul into my body. I came in tense, puffy, and hunched from 10-hour laptop days, and I left lighter, looser, and basically reborn. She removed every knot in my upper back and used lymphatic drainage to help with bloating and fluid retention, especially around my neck. I also tried the hot stones add on, and it was sooo good, especially in the cold winter. And don’t even get me started on the scalp massage… actually, yes. It was life-changing. Paloma, I’ll be back. Such a beautiful massage by Om. She was amazing, very skilful. Highly recommend. The synthetic material in the table is horrible to lie on. That salon used to have Thai cotton fabric on the tables. Much nicer. I will definitely be back!

Excellent service and pricing. I had a one hour long foot reflexology massage and to my surprise There was some extra adjustment from the head down to the back. I feel so much better. Highly recommend.
