Really lovely! Genevieve took her time to explain everything and the process was as quick and painless as it can possibly be. She has a wide selection of jewellery to choose from when your piercing is ready for it and lots of other goodies. It's a private room and a really lovely setup.

Genevieve is an absolutely lovely human putting me at ease as soon as I walked in the salon. Another amazing piercing thanks to Genevieve! I went in with a specific piercing in mind but Genevieve took the time to explain why, anatomically, it would be a poor fit for me and she suggested an alternative which I love! There is never any pressure during her appointments and she takes the time to relieve any anxiety. Lots of chatting and laughing works a treat! I couldn't get a piercing anywhere else. I had a nose and belly button piercing with Tash! This is the first time I’ve had her do any piercings and whilst it’ll never be pain free, she made it as quick and comfortable as could be. I plan on coming back in a couple of weeks for my daughters ears :)
