Thank you Manu for your thorough and meticulous care in piercing my paired nostril today, I love it! Once I got home I do think that the post in my healed nostril is too short, I find the disc is pushing into my nose, so I'm going to come back for a longer post. Thanks very much!

Kyle was very patient and knowledgeable about proper piercing practices. The form that you fill out is very extensive, but it's worth it. Has a good range of different jewelry that is safe to insert in your body (no surgical steel). He keeps digital records of the gauge, type, and guarantees the jewelry for life. I will be returning to him once my daith is more healed to switch to a slightly smaller ring in gold.

Charlotte is a beyond incredible piercer. I've been pierced by many people but none who actually truly care about my wellbeing, comfort, and healing as much as Charlotte. I've gotten my tragus pierced by her and it's the easiest ear cartilage piercing to heal from that I've experienced. She proactively schedules check-in appointments to make sure it's healing right and consistently provides guidance to make sure it stays healing well. I'll always go back to Charlotte for any piercing going forward - I wouldn't trust anybody else with that kind of thing anymore!

Kyle was friendly and told me everything I needed to know about aftercare, and he showed me the price clearly before the piercing. He did my lip piercing quickly, and I barely felt any pain, which was a good experience!!

Kyle is always super professional yet also friendly. Precautions for a safe, hygenic experience are followed diligently through instrument sterilisation and other cleaning precautions. Meanwhile, Kyle offers great stylistic insight into the piercing and also great practical advice for the novice. Highly recommended.
