Wonderful experience. I emailed mid-flight to Toronto as I was going to miss my second flight due to delays so I was going to have a very long layover. They accommodated me and got me in for a shellac removal and pedicure same day. Very friendly service, excellent pedicure, I can’t say enough good things. 10/10, will definitely go back when I’m in the area.

Took my daughter in for a colour consultation with Enza. As always, she was very thoughtful and presented her with many options so we could confidently land on a plan for her upcoming appointment. Service above and beyond from the whole team!

My manicure with Marzena turned out great and she was such a pleasure to talk to! I would suggest for the salon to replace some of the nail polishes. The original colour that I selected did not apply properly and there were bubbles forming on my nails after application. Marzena tried her very best to correct this by removing and reapplying but I think it was the polish itself. I picked a different colour and it ended up looking great but I still noticed a few bumps under my nails afterwards. Also, I was left waiting for a while to cash out as there wasn’t anyone attending the front desk.

Always a pleasure to see Daniella. Her talent and kindness make my visits so enjoyable. Beautiful colour, cut, and style. The Olenza team is welcoming, friendly, and professional. Thank you!

Loved my full experience today. Their spa has always been so clean, calming & relaxing. Today, I got my shellac manicure done and I highly appreciate Natalia for going above and beyond (testing different shellac colors on my nails to get the actual color I wanted). They also offered some drinks and snacks for me and my daughter. Really a great spa. I highly recommend!

Such an amazing experience! Nails are shaped perfectly and Justin checked every nail during the application to ensure the apex was perfect. Wonderful attention to detail! He also mixed two colours to get the exact colour I wanted. All staff was helpful, welcoming and friendly, I can’t wait to come back.
