Sonya has a very nice customer service approach and was very attentive to what I requested. Her personality lends herself to this kind of work. Even though it was her first day, she did a great job considering she wasn't closely monitored by a supervisor. I would expect however, for her introduce herself to the customer at the beginning of the session9perhaps it was nerves as I was her first client). I would have expected that the supervisor would have guided her more closely at the start of the nailpolish application process. A lovely young woman beginning a new career. I would go back.

My first time experience at CcBT and really enjoyed facial. The student was very caring and gentle throughout, and let me know when she had to leave to obtain something. Her confidence will grow and I have no doubt she will make a great beauty therapist. Enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and music too. Many thanks.

My whole visit was positive - from Michelle greeting me with a smile on entry, to asking if I had a preference for which essential oil to use, to the massage which was so relaxing!

This nail salon is simply the best! Everything is so well-organised, and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their expertise truly exceed my expectations. Both my acrylic nail set and pedicure turned out exactly how I wanted them. I’ll definitely coming back here again, and I highly recommend it to others.

Service was lovely and friendly. Only wished I received a proper manicure where fingers were soaked to soften cuticles before trimming etc otherwise technician student was good. She was professional and applied the polish beautifully. She has steady hands so I will return for her to apply polish for me in the future. Good job 👍🏽
