Min is AMAZING! She takes so much care with my nails and is so meticulous and detailed. She is lovely to talk to as well, conversation is easy and stress free. Have already come here many times and have introduced other friends too, and will continue to return to Nail Palette in the future! :)

Came in for a mani and pedi and walked out with a detailed gel-x mani and pedi. The service was great - my technician was really detailed and fast and she suggested lots of great ideas! They also managed to fit in my 7 y.o and she had a great experience with first time mani and pedi too. Will def come back

Appointment booked and confirmed. When I got there I was asked to come back in an hour. I was told oh we’re busy with walk ins. Don’t accept online bookings if you’re not going to honour them. I made an appointment as I was limited with my time.

Min Kim was really patient and nice. Her nail art is fantastic!

Min is so friendly. She paid so much attention and care with my natural nail when removing and old set from another salon. Can't wait to go back for my next set!

Had my in-grown toe nails cleaned and straightened in no time and feels like new! The ladies were lovely and very inviting as they went through the options and explained what might work best for me. They also helped me out with top coat options to maintain cuticle strength and knew exactly how to help me out with my reference photo. She followed the reference and the nails turned out exactly how I imagined. She was very sweet and complimented me as well as checking whether I was happy. We had good laughs and the smiles all round made for such a welcoming and fun experience. Highly recommended.

I have been doing my nails forever, and I finally found this place that I am truly happy with. My nails last for more than 3 weeks, and always walk out happy and Le, who does my nails is amazing. She is not only good at what she does her beautiful nature makes me feel calm.

This was an unreal experience at a nail salon. The ladies were both lovely and very inviting with no social intimidation even with an empty store. They both helped me out with colour options and knew exactly how to help me out with my reference photo. She followed the reference exactly and the nails turned out exactly how i imagined. She was such a sweetheart and complimented me as well as checking whether I was happy. She made me smile and laugh but didn’t feel as though I had to maintain conversations but just talk whenever. She was so cute and sweet!

I had a relaxing time there. Thanks to the ladies, we had manicure, pedicure and SNS & Gel nails done. Watched the ladies and they were efficient with clients that just arrived and they were not kept waiting. Instead they were told the time to come back if they had not booked.

The quality of my nail result was fantastic.However,the constant talking between staff in their native tongue,and no communication with the client left alot to be desired
