My experience was great. The time required for the appointment was grossly underestimated when booking. I am thrilled with the outcome of my colour, but because it took longer than expected, I couldn’t do a treatment and a cut which would have made all the difference

I had an incredible experience at Be - Dazzle today! I went in for a wash, colour, treatment, and blow-dry, and my hairdresser, Rene, was absolutely fantastic. She was so sweet and kind, really took the time to listen to what I wanted, and delivered exactly that! My hair feels amazing, looks perfect, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Gingerlily Spa is always fantastic. Great, personal service, with top quality treatments. My pedis always last for weeks (even with non-gelish polish), far, far longer than those I've had at chain salons, and even longer than one I had at a very expensive 5-star place. I won't go anywhere else!

The manicure was a bit of a disappointment. The nail polish was smugde by the time I go to the car. Otherwise, back facial and pedi were great. Thank you.

Came back for a root dye, and I'm again super happy with the colour, the blow-dry and the overall service. Best value for money, this salon exceeded my expectations from the first time I stepped foot in there, and again did not disappoint. I went for their April special: R480 for a root dye, moisturising treatment and blow-out. Honestly, where do you get all this for that price! And with stunning results on top of that! I used to pay R2000+ at my previous salons, and the colour didn't even stay as vibrant for that long, as it does with Jem. I'll defs be back again.

Friendly and professional salon, was met at reception and offered a seat as I was early. Special thanks to Eric for dealing with my knotty, dead ends. He gave me a curly friendly layered cut. Superb blowout and flat iron. Booked follow up appointment for colour in 2 weeks, looking forward to heading back to Be-Dazzle.
