It was good, but I had booked in a complimentary nail art along with a spa pedicure. I had an idea of what I wanted and picked my colors and only then did the person doing my nails inform me that nail art wasn't really possible with regular polish (bc it would take too long to dry). That's fine but it would have been nice if that were clear earlier- ideally in the nail art description, and then again at the salon before picking colors. Because I was only made aware of this at the last minute, I felt pressured to decide on the spot. It's not a huge deal but could have been easily avoided.

Alyssa my nail tech was lovely and I loved the results of my nails they look so so good. Overall $110 is a little pricey for removal, manicure and polish but no complaints as to the results.

I had such a great experience here. The removal process was incredibly gentle (huge plus for anyone with sensitive nails), and everyone was genuinely kind and accommodating — they even offered me a coffee while I was getting settled. The salon itself is beautiful, spotless, and really calming, and my nails turned out perfect. Prices are very fair for the amazing quality you’re getting, and the Carlton location is super cool and easy to get to. Honestly, become a regular here before this place becomes the most popular nail salon in Carlton.

Both my best friend and I are so incredibly grateful to have stumbled across this beautiful salon. Harley and the other ladies that work for her are such gems, and it is evident how much she cares in every little thing she does. I have had a lot of trauma around having my nails done over the years and I can safely say from the minute we walked in I have never felt so seen, heard and cared for. My nails have never looked so beautiful and we are so excited to come back 💕

I had the most wonderful experience with Sav at Trophy Wife at Mecca in Melbourne! She did a French polish for me and it was absolutely perfect — so neat, precise, and elegant. Sav was warm, professional, and made the whole appointment such a pleasure. I couldn’t be happier with the result — my nails look flawless. Harley & her team are professional, dedicated and friendly. The Posh Nail Boutique is lovely, relaxing and spotlessly clean. I felt incredibly pampered during my pedicure, it was perfect. Cannot recommend this place more! Firstly, they're so friendly and I'm over the moon with my nails. From the moment I booked online to stepping through the doors in the beautiful shop I felt so well looked after. Harley did my nails and they turned out so special. She really gave me a lovely look with soft pink chrome and I was laughing and chatting with her the whole way along. Really great service and the best set I've ever had, but it's no wonder she's a pro with 10 years experience!

Fast and quality service. Removing sns, clean up, shortening nails, and applying gel polish took only about 35-40 minutes and was done with attention to detail. Offered a free water bottle :)
