Natalia was so skilled in fixing my split nail and shaping my nails into an almond shape!! Receptionist was also super friendly and charged me $5 for nail repair instead of $10. Will def come back if I need my nails fixed again!

Like tech took time to give honest feedback about design ideas and that other tech prepared my take offs while I waited for her -I was early . Most importantly she cares about my nails and keeping them healthy. I do my own nails so I am particular and fussy.

Natali is great. She understands her client needs and she will make it real with her artistic mindset and ability. Great job. I didn’t have plan to come to do my nail and I was heading to Shoppers Drug mart to return my items. I saw a lady sitting there and ready to design nails. My nail tech was amazing!

I've been going to Salon Concepts since 2016. I used to see Maryam, who always gave me a perfect cut and style at an affordable price. Most recently, I booked an appointment for a trim before my exams. The owner of the salon did a perfect job! When I mentioned I would come back for some lowlights she told me I did not need to. She assured me I have been doing a great job. Her honesty means a lot to me. Grad students do not have disposable income. Having a salon with good prices, trust worthy and talented staff is a plus for everyone at York university. Highly recommend!

I came into the salon a little confused about what I wanted to do and the team went above and beyond to address any concerns I had. It’s been a while since I’ve experienced such good customer service and I will definitely be returning whether that’s for nails or another service and letting everyone know where to come! Anyone looking for a nail spa that treats you with the upmost respect as a customer and more importantly as an important person look no further! The staff here are amazing, super talented and extremely professional. I am truly never disappointed. Let’s face it, times are hard and when you spend your hard earned money on pampering yourself you want the experience to be worth it. The receptionist is absolutely lovely. She is warm and welcoming, perfectly pleasant and professional. Natalia who did my nails was so focused and detail oriented. Although she pays close attention to details she works fast. The speed of her work does not affect the quality at all. I will only go to another salon again if Natalia is not available. Thank you ladies!
