My visits here are always a massive highlight for me. Lisa, Stacey and Alix were so welcoming. Always friendly and caring and creates such a relaxing environment. There is nowhere else in York like it! Alix took such time and care doing my nails and the art I had found. Fantastic job and love my nails. I loved my time at the Bothy. It’s a beautiful calm location to have treatments in, and Ash my therapist was just lovely and chatty but also happy to leave me to my deep relaxation! I had the Bothy Retreat package of pedicure, gel manicure and the most wonderful facial. I will most definitely go back to the Bothy- such a treat!

I had a really relaxing Japaneze Head Spa treatment by Evie, for the first time. It was an amazing sensory experience with sounds of water and soft music, smells of the different products and the feel of the different massages on the face, neck and scalp. It was such an all round relaxing time and my skin continues to feel smooth! Thankyou
