Their service is exceptional, professional and energy is great I have been coming here for a few months now and Mimi comes through everytime My Apres Gel X last 3 weeks or more no chips still look fresh I come in because my nails start growing and change color, after trying a few places since I moved here from NY with no success, I highly recommend everyone should try it here at least once you wont be disappointed!!!

Ruby is a great nail specialist. She does a great job so my nails can last the month and I do triathlon so water is a factor on the duration and she does it great for it. And when races I have she does the best design. I bring her my ideas and images and she just put them like on a piece of paper! Beautifully

BFF is my favorite place to be! The music, environment, and my AMAZING hairdresser (Kris) who uses her creativity, skills and magic touch mixed with her natural talent to do my hair has me SMILING non-stop! I recommend everyone to make an appointment asap because Kris is so good that she “books up fast”!!! You will definitely feel like a “work of art” as you float out of the “BFF”’salon and know how lucky you are that you were there and already have an upcoming appointment ! Personally, Kris and the BFF salon is so dynamic… that I plan to fly there no matter where I am if need be!

Joelma is professional, and friendly. She does a great job and gives a great hand massage as part of the manicure. Hugo is the happiest person in the world! Professional and very eager to fit in an appointment even when it seems impossible. I had a problem with 3 chipped nails after a week. I did not complain because it was likely my fault. Hugo did not charge me. I was surprised to say the least, and very happy. Also,I ran out of time to complete my pedicure. Hugo agreed to my returning after the weekend for the nail polish. What amazing customer service! I have become a loyal customer.

Using her extraordinary talent mixed with her expertise, and her “perfect eye” she knows what is just right for the individual person in her chair! No wonder a client has to book in advance SINCE everyone wants the BEST HAIRDRESSER ever! It is no surprise to me that after she does my hair, she makes me feel LIKE a “work of art” that is ready to be free to play!

Kait has done by nails numerous times now and she is fabulous. Not only a wonderful nail tech but very friendly and kind, and a pleasure to sit with. I love the entire staff here at Nail & Lash Lounge. They are also great with setting up my appointments and taking me on short notice.
