I had a spectacular experience at Nail Time! I went with builder gel and chose chrome nails and I absolutely adore them. The salon is beautiful, and the whole vibe was so relaxing. Naomi was amazing so attentive and skilled. I felt really looked after from start to finish. Highly recommend! ❤️❤️❤️

I was warmly welcomed and received prompt assistance upon arrival. The nail technician was exceptionally friendly and offered great guidance in helping me choose both a design and colour scheme. Although I wasn’t sure what I wanted at first, with a few helpful suggestions, we settled on a fun and vibrant design. She worked efficiently and with great attention to detail. I would happily recommend The Art of Nails in Newmarket to others.

The ladies at Flutter are all very professional @ all do a brilliant job whether its lashes, nails or eyebrows …. I have my nails done all the time and they are 100% the best!!! Ive just started to get my lashes done here & again they are the best! They’re meticulous, gentle and thorough & make you feel beautiful every time u leave their salon. Love the atmosphere here too its so calming and relaxing. I totally recommend Flutter to anyone who wants to pamper themselves 💗

Excellent pedi as usual from the nail technicians, but I’ve noted on the past few appts the same person upon arrival often attempts to upsell me on my ‘express gel pedi’ (as named via your online trt menu) and/or gel mani, which I always book in for. It has started to become a point of the treatment process, where it’s shouted across the room in front of clientele, that I’m here for only a “basic” pedicure. My background is Beauty Spa Management, so I know all the tricks of the trade when it comes to upselling. I just don’t think it needs to be laboured on about each time.

Naomi was incredible - a very lovely person who understood exactly what I wanted. I really appreciated the time taken to check exactly what I wanted especially something that was quite special to me & my culture. The space was clean, hygienic & had a relaxing feel & the cup of tea was appreciated after a long day at work. The whole experience was positive & I will definitely be back. Now apart of my self care. The staff delivers exceptional service, always making sure I’m relaxed, comfortable, and well taken care of. The salon has a calm, minimalistic, and fresh atmosphere that adds to the overall experience. They pay attention to detail such as wearing gloves to protect my hands under the UV light and I leave in love with my nails every time :)

I really like the cateye colour that was suggested by the nail artist. The service and the place was lovely. However, I didn’t get the art design that I sent as the ref photo (I was a bit sad, since the shop said they can definitely do both the golden line art and cat eye). Also my cuticles are a bit hurt, it’s bearable :)
