There is no words I could use to express how happy I am with my hair. Nisa is very experienced, kind and loving hairdresser - I could never go to anyone else! If recommend Zaira-Rose to my friends and family. The whole time I have been treated by the whole staff with respect, kindness, high professionalism and they made me feel very comfortable. Also my daughter loved having her nails painted 💖

Aleksandra is the truly the best nail artist in the business. She’s been my ride or die since moving to London almost 3 years ago. She is a perfectionist (classic Virgo) and takes such care with each and every step in her process to ensure you always leave the salon happy. She is meticulous and insanely hygienic (we all have high street nail salon trauma) which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. I could not recommend Aleksandra more highly ❣️ I promise you will not regret your NaiLay nails!

I had a keratin treatment and the results were amazing. My hair feels smooth, soft, and beautifully straight with a healthy shine. The salon is clean, modern, and even has a café offering drinks. The staff were friendly and professional throughout. Anu made me feel welcome, explained the treatment clearly, and ensured I was comfortable. My experience was excellent from start to finish, and I look forward to visiting again. Highly recommended

Perfect nails every single time 🙏 Aleksandra is the best nail technician I ever experienced. I’ve been a customer for years and I’ve always received the best care. The nails are natural, strong, cuticles are SO clean, shape is perfection, art or colour is always beautiful. I can only recommend 🏆🙌 Every time I come I’m both excited and slightly sad to see the old nails go because even after 4 weeks the nails look incredible and I never regret the choice 😊

I don’t know where to start. I’ve been doing my nails with Giulia since ages now and every time she goes far and beyond. She is a perfectionist, very high detailed and professional. She is always up to any request! My nails look healthy, clean and super fancy. She offers a 5star-luxury manicure (I tried many places in London before, so I know what I’m talking about), I can’t be more happy! 🤩

Shadine is amazing! So professional, so lovely, and provides the most amazing service from start to finish. She comes to me regularly and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

I had a pedicure, today, my overall experience at Chocolate and Nails today was good. It was my first time visiting and I came with my adult son, who I was also treating to a male pedicure. The female foot technician was very good and lovely and polite. I was asked if I want a hot beverage My son also. The only issue was my left pinky toe nail painted nail got smudged and because the technician had already put oil over the nails, she unfortunately failed to wipe off the oil. This sort if spoiled my experience. But overall I did enjoy my time of my feet being pedicured. Should cost less!!!

Zaira Rose hosted my little ones 5th birthday with 2 of her cousins. They had the best time from start to finish, from their nails, hair and a mini facial they enjoyed it so much. It was so good us 3 mums even got a treatment too!!
