I had a wonderful experience with Chelsea at Essential Beauty. The staff were professional, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my first visit. I've just returned from the Bocking May Fayre where a complete stranger asked me where I get my hair cut and who cuts it. They were visiting from Kent but wanted to know in case they return to Braintree again for a few days. Ruth, you're in demand!
