Felicity is very patient, super creative and really cares about her client’s nail health. My first interaction room with her has been amazing. She used her colour theory knowledge and did some beautiful nail art on my BIAB. I’m so excited to show my nails to everyone and can’t wait to work with her again.

✨ I had my very first BIAB manicure session today and I couldn’t be happier! I’m a terrible nail biter, so I was really nervous going in, but she made me feel so comfortable and welcome. She was so friendly, gentle, and professional—and the results are amazing! My nails look beautiful and healthy. Thank you for doing such a wonderful job! I’ve gone to Steph twice now and have had my nails done by other multiple BIAB exclusive businesses however Steph absolutely takes the cake. She is clean, kind, funny, respectful and her attention to detail is out of this world. Steph’s space is calming and inviting and I love looking out the window while she pampers me. Cannot recommend enough.
