Had microneedling done on 1 November 2023. The treatment is absolutely lovely. The staff are welcoming, friendly and super professional. I had a booking towards end of day and that didn't change the kindness of the staff. It is worth it to have my skin taken care of by K&R Lab!! Keep up the great work ladies!! Microneedling is never pleasant but worth the discomfort especially when you are treated to a choice of a relaxing massage while you wait for the numbing cream to take effect! I love seeing the results afterwards the redness goes away, and every session more results 🥳👌

First microneedling session with Lyndsey. Everything was thoroughly explained and I was put totally at ease. I loved all the extras including a foot massage. The sensation was similar to a coarse scrub and not painful at all.

Had the best ozone therapy session and microneedling facial. Chanel was very thorough, professional and excellent in what she does. I felt I was in very good hands and receiving a high quality service. Annik
