I had an excellent post-operative lymphatic drainage session with Shannon. It was my first visit, and she made me feel really welcome and at ease. She’s extremely knowledgeable about post-op care and understands how treatments can be tailored to different surgeries. I’ve had a BA and was experiencing much more swelling and bruising on one side. After the session I felt noticeably lighter, and that side felt far less tight and restricted. I will definitely be back, thank you!

If you are looking for a place to go and feel pampered then this is it, from the moment you walk through the door you will feel like royalty! I had a head spa today with Lucy followed by a blowdry and I feel like a brand new woman! Definitely recommend 🫶🏼

i’ve had microneedling done in the past by a different clinician, but amber is definitely the best! amber takes such good care of my skin - she always goes the extra mile to provide me with the best service & treatment. before i went to amber, i was struggling a lot with my hormonal acne & scars - amber has really helped me with my skincare journey and i can definitely see an improvement! she is very professional & always explains what she’s doing, plus how it helps. she even guides you on what to do post-treatment & helps with the aftercare. nobody has looked after my skin as well as her!🤩💯

I can’t praise Justyna enough. She really is just amazing at what she does. She is so knowledgable, friendly, warm, and reassuring. I can’t imagine going elsewhere for my treatments. I have microneedling, B12 injections, Botox and most recently, I had sisthaema skin booster and nucleofill under eyes. Justyna took the time to evaluate what treatment would be most beneficial to my skin type and after 3 treatments, the results are amazing! My skin has never looked so good. The Japanese Head Spa was incredible! I felt so relaxed. The whole atmosphere was so calming and the products Charlotte used smelt amazing too. It left my hair feeling silky smooth and I left feeling revitalised.

I recently had a microneedling treatment, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel comfortable and at ease. The practitioner was incredibly knowledgeable, explaining each step of the process and ensuring I understood what to expect. The treatment itself was done with great care, and I felt reassured throughout the entire session.

I really enjoyed my massage today with charlotte, I felt very relaxed and any aches & pains have gone, I can't wait for my next treatment.

Shaheen treated my lip burn issue which I suffer with for some time for the 2nd time. She mentioned and suggested that the left over from the treatment can be used on my chin and forehead instead of binning. I was overwhelmed and so grateful. I appreciate her honesty and her service so much. Thank you!
