I’ve tried the bio relax mat Post illness when I lacked energy. I found the mat really relaxing but also energising. It gives a lovely warm glow to the body and changes seem subtle but it was after I had used the mat that I could notice the difference in my energy levels. It also helped to restore my night time sleep patterns.

Really good experience with Yvette. She was welcoming, experienced, and clearly knows what she’s doing. The RF treatment was done carefully and professionally, and my skin calmed down very fast afterwards. Everything was explained clearly and I felt comfortable throughout. She is the best in Maidstone .

Decided to have microneedling. Very little redness and didn’t really hurt. Recommended by Stacey to have another one in a months time, which I’ve booked for. Only costing £60 and will only take 3/4 of an hour.
