Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶

I had a lash lift and brow tint with Grace and I’m so pleased with the results. She was friendly, professional, and made me feel completely at ease throughout. My lashes look beautifully lifted and my brows are perfectly tinted and shaped. Everything looks natural but really enhances my features. I had a full body massage and head massage with Molly, and it was such a lovely experience. From start to finish, I felt completely comfortable and able to switch off. The massage was incredibly relaxing, and I left feeling calm, refreshed, and rejuvenated. Molly was friendly, professional, and made the whole experience feel special. I honestly feel like this is something I need to book every few weeks now because of how relaxed and refreshed it made me feel. Greta is very precise at creating beautiful lashes and knows what she’s doing. Probably one of the best eye lash and semi permanent brows make up artist in Leicester she’s not the cheapest but really makes you feel and look special Would I recommend Greta to friends and family…. Already have
