Came in today get get my hair cut. The length was down to my booty bottom and the perfect amount was taken off. Lovely experience! Made sure I was very comfortable for my first time coming and has some lovely chats! Feet are super soft and look lovely. Lucie was very understanding of my removed toe nails and this made me very comfortable. Will definitely be back again x

Lovely as always. My skin is really sensitive, especially when having a deep clean so it reacts to the most basic products that you wouldn't think would be a problem, but Penny knows what to do to calm it down. I'm excited to try the new line of products! Hopefully helps with my breakouts and redness. Thank you Penny for the session.

Had a wonderful facial and head massage today. My skin is very sensitive and reacted to a product that neither Penny or I thought it would, but she fixed it instantly and my face recovered.
