I had the RF micro needling treatment which Meg applied with the professional expertise you would expect at RAYA. It’s part of my Rejuvenation Journey. Whilst it’s not the most comfortable of treatments Meg was very caring, making sure I was Ok - and it’s only 20 minutes. The results already look good, my face and neck feel tighter and plumped.

Great experience today. Katrina took the time to listen to what I was trying to achieve with my colour and included a colleague to ensure the correct blend of hi & lowlights were used. Katrina finished with a great cut & blowdry and added some curls. I asked Grace to shape my eyebrows as I had never had them done. Grace did a lovely job and offered advice on maintenance.

Microneedling with Katy this morning was so smooth, relaxing, her knowledge and touch is fantastic!

My first time having microneedling. I was nervous but Sam soon put me at ease. The procedure was not painful at all just a slight stinging but short lived. I am very happy with the beginning of my skin journey and cannot wait to see the results of all the treatments that are planned over the next 6 months . Thank you so much Sam . The Bio-Therapeutic clinic is a beautiful and tranquil space. I had a wonderful repair treatment with Carol who talked me through each individual aspect of the treatment and discussed products that would help me maintain my skin and reduce the signs of ageing. I left feeling rejuvenated and relaxed, which as a mum to a toddler is a rarity!
