From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable and fully informed about every step. My brows look absolutely stunning natural, beautifully shaped, and exactly what I wanted. The fat freezing and skin tightening treatments have already made such a noticeable difference, and I will definitely book further treatments of this. It's been now over a year since my first review, and every time I returned for my wax I've been greeted with the same warmth and level of professionalism. Thrilled to walk away all smooth knowing I won't have to deal with the breakouts and many ingrown hairs that have troubled me my whole life, I have a very reactive skin but its condition has actually improved over time, I genuinely thought it wasn't possible. Very quick, never awkward and yep, nearly painless wax experience - coming from me, with my super low pain threshold. Thank you Shaf! 🌞

Been coming to this salon for over a year now, even I moved to the next town and I still come to Coventry for my beauty treatments because Shaf is so lovely, empathetic and kind hearted person. Definitely feel as though I’m in good hands, treated with respect and we always have a lovely chat together. I know she’s opening a new salon soon and I can’t wait to see how it is. ❤️

I am Usually a fan of Microneedling but thought l would try an exfoliating Skin peel for a change, it was great, my skin is absolutely glowing l highly recommend this treatment, l love my treatments with Meg really relaxing but with great results, also a bonus to enjoy a treatment on a Sunday due to being so busy during the week
