Abbie made me feel very comfortable. She explained my options honestly . Telling me what was feasible with my hair and what would not work for me . Seems every hair loss problem has a solution .l left to concider several possibilities ,fully aware of cost, time involved and upkeep needed. I will be returning to her soon to go ahead with my choice ☺️

Phoebe was absolutely amazing! I had microneedling for the first time and for the weeks leading up had so many questions and she answered each one thoroughly without me feeling embarrassed to be asking them. My appointment was comfortable and she advised me through the entire process amazingly well and eased my anxiety. As someone that has had skin problems before there was a lot of that!! I’ve booked in already so will be returning but cannot recommend enough! The loveliest person and absolutely fab at her job! Thankyou :)

Hayley and Emma are rhe most wonderful aestheticians. My personal circumstances haven't been the best this year but these two have fully understood and going to Lush is something everyone should partake in. It's a physical and mental experience in one. It's wonderfully therapeutic and you'll not only look better but feel better also. 5 stars all day long.

Sam was phenomenal- held on for me even though I was running late just for the free consultation- was made to feel completely at ease and welcomed and got lemon bottle there and then, it was painless and the first procedure I have had, even advised me on some of my skin concerns I have battled with 15+ years and demonstrated how different treatments work/ help, can’t wait to go back to get rid of these acne scars, thankyou truly, it’s been a year and you’re helping me regain my confidence
