I’ve gone to him for the Starlight Glow facial and I just finished my 3rd microneedling session, and my skin keeps getting better — smoother, brighter, and more even. What I like about him is he actually knows skin, especially acne/sensitive, and he doesn’t rush the treatment. Clean setup, explains everything, and gives proper aftercare so you’re not guessing. Because I trust Donna's knowledge and expertise and appreciate that she never pushes a product or treatment, I approached her about microneedling and decided to give it a try. I just had my first treatment. Donna included time to numb my face to reduce the pinprick sensation associated with the procedure and followed the session with an LED treatment to enhance healing. She explained each step as she went and provided detailed after care info including samples of products to promote healing for the first 48 hours. My face was splotchy but 24 hours later it's only mildly pink with a few spots.

I took my friend for a facial — she had never been before and was quite anxious about the whole thing. When it was over, the first thing out of her mouth was, “that was amazing!“. Donna put my friend at ease and was very responsive to question questions and suggestions throughout the process. She started the whole process by giving my friend several scents to smell and see what she liked and what she didn’t like. Then she allowed me to sit with my friend next to the treatment table while she did the facial. At the end, she even gave her a few samples to take home. We’ll definitely be back!

I had my first ever microneedling treatment done today with Lesley and I’m sooo excited for the results. The pain was literally a 1/10 and my skin is already SO smooth and glowy. She’s an absolute skin god with so much knowledge, and genuinely wants to help me help my skin. Between the slippers, tea, and conversation it really feels like you’re catching up with an old friend. You can tell she really cares so much about her clients and wants to spread good vibes and clear skin ✨🧖‍♀️ . Looking forward to my next appointment!

Did microneedling with Rochelle and it was amazing. It was my fourth time getting microneedling. My skin responds really well to it. Rochelle was amazing. She was extremely professional and showed such nurturing care for my skin. She clearly really cares about her clients and her passion for skincare really came through. Will be back for a hydra facial in six weeks.
