I had an incredible facial at Spa at the Madison. Rena, the owner, did my treatment personally and she is truly amazing at what she does. She made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in, and her expertise and attention to detail were obvious throughout the entire facial. My skin felt refreshed, clean, and glowing afterwards. One of the best facials I’ve ever had. The spa itself is warm, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. Alyssa is lovely and I'm delighted with how my lashes turned out.

My service was good itself but just a few notes. I could hear the other employee loudly ranting about something in the other room for about half of my treatment, she sounds like she was going through a lot an I have empathy but also people go to the spa to relax and unwind so maybe a good idea to be aware of how noise carries in a small space. I was also really put off by the auto tip options going up to 45% on your sale terminal, I always tip but found that suggestion pretty alarming, especially given that the prices for my treatment have gone up.

Experience was good Rena always goes above and beyond to make sure all is good, even checking up the next day
