Had a wonderful experience getting a full facial, never had microdermabrasion done before so was a bit nervous but honestly the experience was worth it. I was worried for nothing. Technician was so nice and friendly full of wonderful information and advice which I have taken in and will definitely follow. Looking at my face I am so pleased and happy with the result. Excellent customer service!! Even while the store being packed with other clients Tanya still managed to make me feel important, answer all my questions, did not rush me to make a sale or rush me out the door, she made sure I understood how to use the products, explain the science behind the products, I even gave her the opportunity to up sale me but she informed me that I didn’t need a certain product for my skin type. Very impressed, feel like I’m in very safe hands, will definitely be a returning customer. Very rare to find this quality of customer service these days. Thank you 💕
