I have been visiting this spa since years. It’s more expensive than many other Balinese spas in Dubai but it delivers a great level of relaxation and hires qualified staff. Plus, their ginger tea is great.

Can't explain how good Mary is at her job. So passionate and friendly. The staff and customer service is as good as anything I've seen in Dubai. All comes from a great manager in Grainine. Highly recommended.

An outstanding experience from start to finish. I chose the Royal Hammam, and afterwards I genuinely felt reborn. The ritual is deeply rooted in tradition, executed with precision, and delivered at a truly high standard. The experience continued with a Deep Tissue Massage where every single muscle was worked thoroughly and expertly and highly professional — exactly how it should be. The entire team is professional, friendly, and motivated. As soon as I return to Dubai, I will book again without hesitation. A clear recommendation for anyone seeking authentic hammam culture at its finest.

Walking into Imperial Beauty I was greeted with such a warm welcome and loved the vibe. I felt very comfortable with my massage therapist. The aromatherapy was exactly what I needed to conclude my trip in Dubai. The massage was very relaxing and really hit all the target areas. Location great, easy parking lot, 1min. walk, welcoming greeting- gorgeous light filled reception, expected me-super caring/accommodating- quiet spaces- no waiting-nurse ushered into another pristine space- really professional-procedure was quick- no pressure just care-easy directions and informative about aftercare/products- affordable- looking forward to going back!! rose was wonderful. Having just moved to Dubai and having to find all new therapists again, it was a blessing to find her so quickly. The HydraFacial treatment was exactly what was needed to get rid of the desert dirt!

I really enjoyed the massage - the masseuse was accurate and focused on the area that I needed most work, she was very professional and it was a really enjoyable experience, I will definitely come back again when I am next visiting Dubai
