Amazing experience, Chantelle made me feel at ease straight away and explained the procedure and aftercare. The Botox injections was nearly painless, I’ve had Botox before but the chair was my best experience. Everything about the experience was fantastic from start to finish, can’t wait to see the results ❤️

Fantastic experience with Bianka. She is extremely friendly and professional. It was a fairly painless waxing experience (Hollywood) which was great. I would really recommend Bianka, I am only visiting Bath for a few days, but it would definitely be my place of choice for all beauty needs if I lived here.

Fabulous pre care and reassurance - kind and supportive

Hannah was such a lovely practitioner! I’d never had lip filler before so was quite nervous coming in, but she was so patient and kind, explaining everything that was going to happen! She also let me see my lips throughout the process so I could see if i was happy with the result, and if i wanted any more of the syringe!!! i felt so comfortable and am so so so happy with the results! thanks hannah again! :)
