Spa services were great 👍🏾. I would have given it 5 stars if the desk receptionist weren’t so rude, impatient and very condescending. If was my first time there and zonah could not take the time to explain the procedure of where to go. She also needs to stop rolling here eyes at customers. And looking down on customers I would not recommend this place to others.

My first time at L'Occitane Dubai Hills, it was a fabulous facial, I will definitely be back

Mahvish is really good,very cooperative.knows her job very well. Need to improve the management side.after making appointment waiting time is 30 to 40 mints. If waiting time is required whats the point to make booking.

Mimi is so helpful, even though she is tired already she made sure ill get the best experience. Its al bit uncomfortable only the chair where you will lay down to wash your hair, the basin is hard and its hurting my head. Thats all the negative side, aside from that experience is good. Thanks to mimi for her hardwork.
