Kirsten shape my nails perfectly and always attend to my design preferences even adding some personal touches.Her work is professional and last for 3 weeks without chipping or coming loose. The workspace station is always neat and hygienic upon arrival . She definitely creates a warm and friendly climate with every visit. I enjoyed the experience from beginning until end. The decor itself was cutesy and the space was airy and very clean. The ladies were so lovely & we enjoyably chatted the whole time. I wanted a simple french manicure and the lady who did my nails aced it. I was also able to also have an informative convo about how to reach my nail goals. The lash installation from Priviledge was also lovely & I'm so in love with the set. The atmosphere was so relaxed that I fell asleep a few times. Overall, 5 out of 5!

Glow-up unlocked ✨ I had an amazing dermaplaning facial + peel with Monique Rossouw at Capri Academy, Panorama. Incredibly professional, gentle, and so reassuring — she made a sensitive treatment feel relaxing and comfortable. My skin is smoother, brighter, and absolutely glowing. The place really lives up to its name. The peace and tranquility is portrayed in the whole flow of the place. The synergy drifts harmoniously, and i felt right at home. The treatment was like a time travel journey were you simply leave everything behind and just soak within yourself. Personally i would much rather enjoy a longer neck & shoulder massage and skip the hairstyling as that part did not meet my expectation. That being said I will deffinetly be back as the experience is amazing.
