Everyone was welcoming when I arrived. The ladies were very friendly and worked professionally. They have such a soft touch; I was very happy with the results. I had my eyebrows waxed and a lash lift & tint.

The experience at Boa is always amazing! The ladies do an amazing job and the service is outstanding. However, I have noticed on more than one accession that within a week to a week and a half, the nail colour already starts chipping off, perhaps Boa needs to relook at their nail polish forumula. Something about it has changed.

Pedicure was great, nail technician was great, something i observed though was that the nail technicians kept having to walk around and borrow foot scrub, then cream etc. I am sure each technician should be issued her own products for smooth operations. Unfortunatley seemed to have knicked my one toe and tye cutex smudged. Perhaps spray nail polish dry before customer leaves the salon. Just a tip or two but service received was great.

The therapist was good. I however feel that as a beauty bar each therapist should have there own items or there should be sufficient stock, instead of walking around to for an item.... for example the girls had to share gel polish, so a therapist came my stand with foil and some had to be thrown in there for her.

Loved the treatment, just wished that when my therapist recommended me changing my Pedi from cutex to gel that she gave the reason. My cuticle was also cut on the 1 toe and no apology was given, it was bleading and it's still burning 2 hrs later.

My nails are filed skew the gel polish is bumby my nails looks horrible. Looks like the soft tips sizes are too big.

Provina is a perfectionist and pays attention to detail. She works clean, neat and tidy and gentle with cuticle work. I did a polygel overlay set for the first time and I am very happy with the result.

My ombre looks nice, but the shaping of my nails are inconsistent. Some.of my nails are curved more to the one side. I requested almond shape nails.

Visited with my daughter. Service from Loveness & Chipo was great. Very courteous. Hand massage was amazing, I really needed that. 🥰 Only thing that could have been better was using a new buff to shine the nails as we don’t use nail polish. Had to redo the polish step at home the next morning. Otherwise, I loved every bit. Can’t wait to get full mani & pedi next.
