I recently had the pleasure of visiting Koots Clinic in Torquay for a series of laser hair removal treatment, and I must say, the experience surpassed all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by Sandra and the team. Their genuine care and attention made me feel immediately at ease. Amazing experience, My first time having my hair done here and I couldn’t fault it! Lucy is so lovely and talked me through all her steps to make sure I was happy, she gave a lot of attention to the details throughout the whole appointment, Lucy let me know how she was styling my hair so I could do the same at home which was really Lovely! everyone was so friendly, the atmosphere was actually amazing, there’s no salon in Torquay like this and I had a really good time here! I cannot fault Lucy’s work one bit! She is very easy to talk to and clearly loves her work! thank you so much !
