Kindness and practical help this morning, when we forgot my husband's kit for his toenail cutting - we were so rushed today. An emergency one-off kit supplied, £7 - such a good idea to have them. And telling us we can next time bring his kit and leave it with the ladies - to prevent repeat forgettings. He has Alzheimer's, and my poor mind is constantly overflowing with To Do's and Remembers. So this is excellent practical help.

Absolutely love this place! I came in for forehead threading and was blown away by how precise and gentle the therapist was. She explained everything before starting and took great care to avoid irritation. The salon was spotless, relaxing, and everyone was super friendly. My forehead looks smooth and perfectly shaped now — no redness at all! Thanks unique

had a skin booster and it was absolutely amazing — my skin is glowing! ✨ Lauren was fantastic and made me feel so comfortable, even though I was really nervous (I’m not great with injections!). I’ve already booked a course of three and honestly can’t recommend her highly enough.

Everyone was welcoming and professional. I had several treatments which they were able to fit in without any delays. Quality of treatments including threading, nails and LVL lashes is outstanding.

Mariela was brilliant - reliable, super organised and biab nails are looking lovely. Very impressed with the mobile service as well. Will for sure book again.
