Couldn’t be more impressed! I chose the hot stone back massage and I’m so glad I did. I thought I might be a bit tense but had no idea how bad until feeling so much better afterwards. This was long over due. Jenny made me feel so comfortable her room is beautiful, the products she uses are perfect and her overall effort and dedication to her craft is 10/10. I feel like a weight has been lifted off my back and shoulders, my neck feels less tense and I just feel better overall! Cannot recommend enough! I am how happily floating through my afternoon wondering why I didn’t book sooner! Thank you!

Ive been going to Perfectly Polished for years now and i wouldn't trust anyone else with my nails. Dawn is always professional, friendly, listens to what i want and a perfectionist at what she does. Her salon is beautiful and i always look forward to being pampered. I usually book in for a shellec manicure and pedicure and they always last me incredibly well! amazing as per usual. i went for the back, neck and shoulders massage today and jenny most definitely did her thing! couldn’t recommend her enough, feel so very relaxed…she added in some reiki at the end which was so needed and it felt great. love love love! 🤎

Good friendly staff, really nice manicure, wish they cut the sides and around abit more to look like the online manicures i feel like abit of skin was still left, shaped my nails nicely buffed my nails and it left a really nice shine could use oil to give it that nice touch of end to a manicure.

Absolutely amazing! I have been quite a few times and had a few different beauticians but all have been incredible! My favourite treatment is the express glo facial as it really rejuvenates my skin and is well priced. I find some facials very heavy on my skin and irritating- however, the Beauty Refinery’s never do! It’s super relaxing and they even gave me a chocolate at the end of my last appointment! One of my fave places in Leicester 🫶
