I booked a deluxe manicure, performed by Ellie. I felt I'd been given a new pair of hands at the end of the treatment! She kept me informed all the way through the procedure and was extremely capable and professional. It was definitely a deluxe treatment and I highly recommend Ellie for her meticulous attention to detail and caring attitude.

The manicure was out of this world but I was very shocked to find out that some facial serum I bought was £39! Had this been explained before hand I would not have paid that sort of money. Don’t get me wrong though all staff are amazing just very shocked at the price of such a small bottle of facial oil.
