My first time having a manicure & pedicure. I was gifted the visit to Hampton Spa & it really was a treat. Beatrice & the other staff member I saw, made me feel so welcome. The environment was very peaceful, even down to the lighting, which made for a lovely relaxing time. Beatrice was really kind & so professional & ensured everything was just right. I am not a great talker & had worried it might be awkward, having one to one appointments lasting over 2hrs, but I needn't have been concerned. Beatrice put me totally at ease & I left, feeling like I'd had a proper break AND with lovely nails!

Fantastic. This is the only hairdressers to do my hair as I really like it. Would really reccomnend them. They are professional, polite and friendly. A lovely clean comfortable place, can't praise them enough. Well done, keep up your great work.
