It was my daughter's very first visit to a salon for a haircut, and it couldn’t have gone better! James was absolutely wonderful—friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the whole experience. Just had my hair cut by James and it was phenomenal. He listened carefully to what I wanted, made great suggestions, and delivered a clean, sharp cut that suits me perfectly. His attention to detail and skill are top-tier — easily one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had. Highly recommend James if you want to leave the chair feeling confident and refreshed.

I visited Mophead today for the first time & had the pleasure of having James as my stylist. I initially went in just for a trim, but he graciously accommodated my last-minute request for a color change as well. The results are absolutely beautiful—I truly feel like a whole new person! James is incredibly skilled & passionate about what he does. He took the time to teach me how to properly style my hair & recommended the right products to use. He even let me know I could message him anytime if I had questions or needed styling tips. I highly recommend James (hairbyjchen) & Mophead!

My second visit in two months. I appreciate the professional, friendly service and clean, bright atmosphere. Ego was my stylist again, and I would definitely recommend him for a men’s cut. Very personable and I am always happy with his work. That said, this was the second time I was offered tea and it never came. Not the end of the world but I’d rather not be offered it at all, then I wouldn’t expect it :) Will be coming back regardless.
