Everything was excellent! I did a manicure spa with Layla which was amazing. She was professional and kind and pampered me. Then I did my collagen facial with the talented and wonderful Jay. She’s such an expert and a pro at skin care and has amazing advise for my questions. And then I did a hot stone massage which was incredible with CJ! What an amazing team.

Yoush is my go to spa to get my nails done. Mary (pedicure) is so precise and makes sure I leave with the best results. Janeth is my favorite for a manicure - she’s a perfectionist and I always leave with the best results. I trust them both and allow them to do whatever they feel is best for me- as I have been their customer for a very long time. The Yoush staff and reception are very sweet and always with a big smile on their faces ♥️

Went for a French color treatment & I had an excellent experience with the specialist, Devi. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming & relaxing as usual! 10/10 - very professional set up, clean, tidy. I’ll definitely be booking again. A at home spa experience is the best way to describe it, if you are hesitant to book this is your sign to do it!! Had a wonderful experience with both Aiza and Sitti! They both did a wonderful job with the Biab removal as well as the classic manicure. Sitti’s work was amazing, my nails have never look this good after removals. Also Rahaf the receptionist was incredible and sweet, greeting customers with a smile and always checking in during the session which I appreciated!

A truly well rounded, amazing experience at Lou Beauty Lounge. From the environment to the service provided to the lovely staff, everything seamlessly integrated into a peaceful relaxing experience, I’m craving again!! The service was very meticulous and well done. I got the best manicure pedicure of my life!! The music was not too loud, the temperature was just right and everyone was accommodating, friendly and positive vibes all around!!!! The receptionist was a sweetheart!

So far I had two services at Frank Provist in Laysen Valley.. manicure pedicure and hair makeover.. in both occasions I was extremely satisfied with the service, professional staff and very hospitable. The place is clean and immaculate and very comfortable to stay for hours. I recommend them any time.

The service was great I highly recommend the head spa.

I tried the classic manicure and gel. The place was clean, and the staff were very nice and welcoming. However, even though I arrived on time, I had to wait about 40 minutes. Aside from the wait, the technician did a good job.
