Loving the Claremont branch, especially the mani and pedi station where you can do 2 treatments at the same time! What an amazing idea. Erin was so extremely gentle with my very sensitive cuticles and even convinced me to try a new shape that I absolutely adore! Love the recommendation and interest she showed in what would look best with my current length. She’s such a sweet soul Everything about RB is just 10/10 🩷

I had the most wonderful experience with Amina! She truly gives the best facials, my skin felt absolutely refreshed and glowing afterwards. Beyond her incredible skill, she has such a calming and professional presence that makes the whole treatment feel extra special. I had such a lovely experience! Shamima was absolutely amazing! So genuine, caring, and honest. Instead of just doing what I asked to get it over with, knowing I wouldn’t be happy with the result, she really listened and gave me valuable advice. That kind of honesty and care is so rare, and I truly felt looked after. The care she took in doing my nails is unmatched! She takes so much pride in her work. My nails have never looked better. Lindy also did a beautiful job on my pedi. Her friendly demeanour makes you feel so comfortable! I’m so grateful to them both and can’t wait to come back!

First time every doing mani pedi, I think Trisha was helping me (I forgot to ask for her name) but she was WONDERFUL, so pleased and impressed.
