I had such a great experience. The service was on par. From the manager Mbali to the nail techs Sehlulile and Mbali. They were very patient and proactive in making sure that I got exactly what I wanted and ensured that I was comfortable. The setting was very cute too.

The hosts were very friendly , beautiful place however our appointment was delayed by an hour and the nails took longer to do which affected our plans. I do feel that the staff need time management training. Also my nail smudged as I couldn't get it fixed as they have you sign a warning before hand that states that the nail polish takes long to dry which I feel is unfair as a professional nail salon you should ensure that your clients leave with set nails and give them the best quality to last them longer and bring them back. Other than these minor hiccups , I enjoyed my time at Boa.
