She did her job without asking extra questions. She didn't make me feel bad for the condition of my feet or nails. I am always embrassed to get my pedicure done and that is why I always procrastinate on going because other nail techs would always make a face or say something, but she just did her job quietly , no complaining. She made me feel comfortable. Super professional. Highly reccomend. Not painful.

Your employees keep parking in the handicap parking spot. It’s a 500.00 fine if you park there. I have been going to L’Amour for over one year maybe longer. I have only been able to park in that spot 3 times. Your ignorant staff know they are not handicapped, and they know they are not supposed to park there. But, they keep parking in that spot. Why do they keep doing this. My sister lives within 5 minutes of your salon. I drive past your salon three times a week and see cars parked in that spot that are clearly not handicapped. This was my second time visiting here- we recently moved to park ridge and both times I have given the nail tech. A picture of what I want and they made it happen. They’re clean, polite, work hard and diligently and you don’t feel rushed. This will be my permanent nail salon from now on.

My nails are always perfect and the no-chip easily lasts 3 weeks for me. When I say perfect, I mean perfect. I have been here at least 4 times with different nail technicians and every single lady has done a stellar job. Best of all, they play The Great British Baking Show LOL. The place is clean, updated nail color selection, the massage chairs are new and the deep kneading massage is delightful. I like that I have an online account. I can easily make an appointment and they can charge my card on file once I am done so I don't have to go and dig for my CC. I look forward to coming back!

First time client and I was very pleased with the Dazzle Manicure/Pedicure Combo. The technician “Jayne” was very attentive to the condition of my toenails and took time to make them better looking.. My manicure was nice too.
