Lovely time! Just had a spa manicure with Chantelle and it was such a nice experience. The owner/manager mande me feel so welcome with a great selection of Puka teas and my nails and hands feel renewed. Chantelle's expertise and warm energy made to trip extra special. Just had a fabulous Indian head, neck and shoulder massage from Michelle. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable right through and spotted the “pain points” immediately -- healing them with her professional touch (and compassionate approach). My session was living proof that massage is not only about the physical body but about creating kindness and connection through touch that takes it to a higher ground. I left feeling de-stressed. Could I be walking in air? That was Indian Head massage in its purest form. I will be back for more.

I reached out to Hanae a few months ago and that’s probably one of the best decisions I’ve made about my wellbeing. Combining the elements of mantras, crystals, lighting and moody music, Hanae creates a soothing ambience that bathes you with beautiful universal energy. She embodies the qualities of head and heart and her approach is very patient and kind. What struck me was her compassionate way of communicating which is so reassuring. As a Reiki Master, Hanae is well-versed in the chakra energy centres which is obvious in the way she explains the finer points of Reiki. I am truly grateful.

Blood test was quick and easy with Sara (NHS/Nurse) and Michelle. Glad to do a complete check to see where my markers are, giving me clarity on what i need, including hormones for perimenopause/menopause. Had a quick glow facial while i was there too. Skin felt rejuvenated. Thanks ladies
