This was my first visit to The beauty House. I booked a teen facial for my daughter and we were both so impressed! Kenley was amazing ! She was so friendly and patient and full of amazing advice for my daughter. Thank you for making my daughters first facial experience such a lovely and enjoyable one ❤️ We will definitely be back! i had my first wax today with kerry and had a fantastic experience i would 100% recommend, she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed and wouldn't go anywhere else when i want it doing again :) x

Excellent, as usual! Always a great service and lovely clean and warm setting. Unfortunately though I’m going to have to start going elsewhere. I tried to move my booking because my 4 month old baby is teething and I didn’t want to have to leave him. I was told I’d need to pay the full price of the treatment to cancel so I’m going to have to find somewhere with a less draconian cancellation policy because babies are unpredictable.

After worrying about my nails being done after them previously being over filed elsewhere, I was soon put at ease. I also suffer with osteoarthritis in my fingers so they get sore and stiff., my nails look amazing and I suffered no discomfort at all. Will definitely be coming back.

excellent manicure by Chloe, really relaxing and very thorough. My nails, cuticles, hands and arms were left feeling and looking great. The salon (and coffee) was gorgeous too, as always! Can’t wait for my pedicure next week!

I had a brilliant experience; Kenley was lovely and put me instantly at ease, after initially feeling a little nervous and self conscious on the lead up to the appointment. She was very knowledgeable and clearly very good at her job. I would highly recommend both her, and the salon.

The salon was very warm and cosy. Alysha is an excellent practitioner. I am very pleased with not only the results of my treatments but also the way in which she carried them out.

Fantastic as always. The girls here really do look after you and care more than just a therapist/client basis. It feels like a family, who go above and beyond for you each time. I can’t simply put into a small review just how fantastic and wonderful these girls and this salon is. I always book in massages with Alysha and brows/lashes with Hannah. Even if I don’t feel like talking, by the end of the appointment I’ll be laughing my socks off!
