Today, I had my nails done and brows shaped here. As usual, the service and quality were the best. But today, I especially want to thank Margaret, the administrator. This nail salon is absolutely incredible! From the moment you walk in, the hospitality is top-tier, and the manager is so welcoming and attentive. I first came here for my wedding nails and was so impressed that I had to return! Recently, Madi did my Russian manicure and bio gel new set, and her attention to detail is phenomenal. Lisa handled my pedicure and nail design, showcasing her incredible creativity. Both are beyond talented! Their precision and artistry make every visit a luxurious experience. Highly recommend!

Amazing, attentive service! Hands down the best nails I’ve gotten here in Ottawa. Katya was thorough and the manicure was super clean. Annie did an amazing job with the hand paint on design on my nails. Margaret was very warm and friendly in the checkout process. Definitely coming back here, thanks again team!

I had originally booked for 2 people pedi, and at the last minutes someone wanted to come and they were able to accommodate us on very short notice. The service was great. They were kind and funny. Will go back there and do recommend to stop by for a great service.
